General Terms of Business (GTB)

Arrival / Departure

Check-in by 23.00 h on arrival day. Check-out by 11.00 h on departure day.

 

Prices

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) / Euro (€) per room according to room type, season, day of the week and occupancy. Prices in Euro not guaranteed. Prices subject to change.

 

Payment

Invoices must be paid before departure, in cash in CHF or in Euro, or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express (+ 3%!), Diners, JCB, Union Pay, Maestro, Postcard).

 

Catering

Accommodation includes varied breakfast buffet, services and VAT. Half board is available at the nearby Restaurant Bären, surcharge CHF 34.– / € 28 per person/per day. A variety of cold and hot drinks is available in the hotel bar; coffee and tea are free for our guests from 12.00 to 22.00 h.

A refrigerator is available on the ground floor for your own food and drinks.

 

Visitors Tax / Guest Card

All guests from age 16 are liable to pay visitors tax. In return, you receive a Guest Card entitling you to free travel in Transport Zone 80 and a variety of other price reductions.

 

Cancellation charges 01.5. – 30.09. & 23.12. – 03.01.:

From 0 to 3 days before arrival date: 75% of reserved services.
From 4 to 7 days before arrival date: 50% of reserved services.
From 8 to 11 days before arrival date: 25% of reserved services.

 

We recommend taking out travel insurance.

 

Cancellation charges 01.10. – 30.04, excl. 23.12. – 03.01.:

From 0 to 3 days before arrival date: 1 night.
